Using Attachements In Webmail

Click "0 attachments".

Click "Browse".

Choose the file you want to attach.

Click "Upload". (The amount it takes for the file to be uploaded depends on your connection speed and the size of your attachment.)

Click "Preview". (After this, you should notice that at the bottom of the page, the "0 attachements" becomes "1 attachement" or "2 attachments".)

Click "Send".
