Setting Up Netscape Messenger 4.5 and above.
1. From the "Start" button of the Windows taskbar, choose "Netscape"
>> "Utilities" >> "User Profile Manager".

2. In the Profiles Manager dialog box, choose "New"

3. Click on "Next" to continue.

4. Key in your name in the "Full Name" textbox and your e-mail account
in the "Email address" textbox.
